Shipping & Logistics Policy

  1. General Principles
    To provide flexible and cost-effective shipping solutions for our global customers, VAXOR-MOTOR offers two primary shipping arrangements. The chosen term will be clearly confirmed in your order confirmation and commercial invoice.
  2. Available Shipping Terms

Option A: EXW (EX Works)

Definition: Under EXW (named place of dispatch, e.g., EXW Suzhou), the buyer bears all costs and risks involved in transporting the goods from our premises to the final destination.

Our Responsibility: We are responsible for making the goods available at our designated warehouse or factory in Suzhou. We will provide necessary support for the buyer’s carrier to load the goods.

Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for:

  • Arranging and paying for all transportation (main carriage and export/import customs clearance).
  • Handling all export and import formalities, including licenses and declarations.
  • Paying all applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
  • Assuming all risks of loss or damage to the goods once they are placed at their disposal.

Suitable For: Customers with their own preferred freight forwarders, established import channels, or those purchasing in large volumes who wish to manage the logistics chain directly.

Option B: Negotiated Freight (DAP/DDP or Other)

Definition: We can arrange door-to-door or port-to-door shipping on your behalf. The final shipping cost will be negotiated and quoted on a case-by-case basis based on the destination country, shipment weight/volume, and service level required (e.g., air freight, sea freight).

Our Service: Upon your request, we will obtain freight quotes from our partnered logistics providers. A single, all-inclusive shipping charge will be added to your proforma invoice for confirmation before payment.

Process:

  • During order confirmation, inform our sales representative that you require a shipping quote.
  • We will provide a freight estimate based on your order details and destination.
  • Once agreed, the final shipping cost will be included in your invoice.
  • We will manage the export customs clearance (where applicable) and handover to the carrier.

Suitable For: Customers seeking a hassle-free, single-point-of-contact solution for international shipping.

  1. Production & Dispatch Timeline

Processing Time: Due to the customized nature of our products, standard processing time is approximately 30 business days after receipt of full payment and final technical confirmation. “Business days” exclude weekends and Chinese public holidays.

Shipping Notification: Once your order is dispatched, we will send a notification email containing the tracking number and carrier details.

  1. Important Notes & Disclaimer

Import Compliance: The buyer (importer of record) is solely responsible for complying with all import regulations, restrictions, and certification requirements of the destination country. It is your responsibility to ensure the products can be legally imported.

Shipping Delays: While we provide estimated timelines, final delivery dates are subject to factors beyond our control, such as carrier schedules, customs clearance procedures, weather, or force majeure events.

Insurance: For EXW shipments, insurance is the buyer’s responsibility. For Negotiated Freight, insurance can be arranged upon request and will be included in the quoted cost.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Additional charges arising from address correction or failed delivery attempts will be borne by the buyer.
