  1. Our Product Nature
    We specialize in the R&D and manufacturing of customized, non-standard ultra-micro motors and drive modules. Each product is designed, produced, and tested according to the customer’s specific requirements (e.g., dimensions, torque, voltage, interface). Therefore, all products are “Made-to-Order”.
  2. General Policy on Returns & Refunds
    Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot acceptreturns or refund requests due to a change of mind, incorrect model selection, or reasons not related to product quality defects.
  3. Warranty & Issue Resolution
    We are committed to superior product quality. All products come with a 3-month quality warrantystarting from the date of receipt.
  • Warranty Coverage: Performance failures caused by inherent material or workmanship defects under normal use.
  • Process: If you suspect a product quality issue, please contact us immediately via customer service email (lily.wang@vaxor-motor.com) with your order number, problem description, and clear photo/video evidence. Our engineers will conduct an assessment.
  • Resolution: Once confirmed as a warranty case, we will provide free repair, replacement of components, or full unit replacement (the specific method will be determined by our technical team based on the situation). We will cover the associated two-way shipping costs.
  1. Incorrect Shipment
    If we mistakenly ship an incorrect product (model/specifications not matching the order), we will arrange a free re-shipment of the correct product and cover all related shipping costs, upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned incorrect product.
