By submitting an order, you agree to all terms outlined herein, which will form a legally binding agreement between you and Suzhou Vaxor-motor CO., LTD.

  1. Regarding Products

Customized Products: All products sold in this store are made-to-order and are not off-the-shelf items. After you place an order, we will initiate production on a dedicated line based on your specifications.

Product Display: All product images, models, parameters, and descriptions on this site are for reference only. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and other factors. Please refer to the actual delivered product as final. While we strive to present accurate information, we reserve the right to optimize product design and specifications without prior notice.

  1. Orders & Payment

Order Confirmation: After you submit an order, our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours (on business days) via phone or email to verify the order details and customization requirements. The order will only become officially effective after mutual confirmation.

Payment Methods: For international orders, we support PayPal and Bank Transfer (T/T). Please complete the payment promptly according to the system instructions or customer service guidance after your order is confirmed.

Payment Deadline: To ensure your order enters the production queue promptly, please complete payment within 2 business days after order confirmation. Orders not paid within this period may be automatically cancelled by the system.

  1. Shipping & Logistics

Production & Shipping Timeline: Due to the customized nature of our products, we require approximately 30 business days for production, quality inspection, and packaging after receiving your full payment. “Business days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays. Please ensure sufficient lead time is accounted for when placing your order.

Shipping Notification: Once your order has shipped, we will send a notification via SMS or to your provided email address, containing the logistics carrier name and tracking number. You may use this information to track your shipment in real time.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the product’s weight/dimensions. Shipping is free. Specific costs will be displayed on the checkout page.

  1. Receipt & After-Sales Service

Product Receipt & Inspection: Please inspect the goods upon delivery. If the external shipping box shows severe damage, deformation, wetness, or other abnormalities, please photograph the issue immediately, refuse to accept the package, and contact our customer service at once. If damage incurred during transit is discovered after acceptance, please provide clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged product. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics carrier.

Quality Warranty: We are committed to providing high-quality products. All products come with a 3-month quality warranty starting from the date of receipt. Within this period, we will provide free repair or replacement for performance failures caused by non-human factors.

Return & Exchange Policy: As all products are custom-made and non-standard items tailored to your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges without cause once production has commenced. For issues confirmed to be product quality defects, please refer to the “Quality Warranty” clause above.

Accurate Information: Please ensure that the recipient’s name, phone number, and address provided during checkout are accurate and complete. Any losses due to failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information will be your responsibility.

Delay Risks: While we make every effort to ship within the stated timeline, delays may occur due to raw material supply issues, power adjustments, severe weather, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. Should such situations arise, we will communicate with you promptly.

Intellectual Property Statement: All product designs, graphical content, technical solutions, and related intellectual property displayed on the VAXOR-MOTOR Tech Store are owned by our company. No organization or individual may copy, imitate, or use them for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
